Senior SEO Specialist for large web company – Waltham, MA

Walden Recruiting’s client company is a well-established Internet property seeking to reduce its SEM spend and gain more traffic through SEO best practices as applied to a site with 1 million plus unique visitors per month.

In this role, you will be the Thought Leader and responsible for the Search strategy across all products in this group. This person will also work very closely with the European business leads, who will feed into the process and bring a lot of the local insight and analysis to the table, resulting in a local viewpoint.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience and demonstrated success in search engine optimizing consumer website(s) with at least 1 million unique visitors per month.
• An interest in solving problems / genuine curiosity about how consumers make decisions
• “Practical real world” knowledge of statistics preferred
• Organized, self-motivator, great communicator and detail oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record delivering high quality results, while thriving in a quickly paced environment
• Ability to work in a small-team environment
• Ability to execute a number of parallel tasks and work with cross-functional teams on a day-to-day basis
• BA or BS degree
